Former Senior Leadership Instructor in the Royal Air Force, Terry has worked with many clients in many sectors and on a global scale. He understands the pressures of creating engaged teams that take accountability for their results. He understands the need to be curious and to challenge perceptions in order to unlock true potential of the individual, team and organisation. He is currently working with to multi-billion companies at MD and Board level.

Professional background

Terry has been fortunate to work in many different industries including Financial, IT Services, and Engineering as well as small to medium businesses in the Retail sector. Previously he led 2 different teams of coaches in the maritime sector that focused on enabling the senior management teams to work better as a team and improve communication amongst themselves and their key stakeholders. He has run team coaching programs for teams that are looking at how they unite around a common purpose and build an understanding of the key stakeholders within their organisation and external stakeholders that need better relationship building. As a leadership coach, he has many clients from many different sectors. He is currently coaching 3 Managing Directors in areas such as creating more accountability and conflict management as well as improving team performance. He has coached senior managers in the maritime sector manufacturing submarines where they doubled productivity rates. C-suite executives in the financial sector, graduate engineers, graduate employees in the IT Service sector and several supervisory level managers in several different companies.

Terry holds a PG Certificate from Staffordshire University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Management.
