Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager

Sales is a key part of MCE’s overall strategy. MCE is currently recruiting a Key Account Manager to join the team in Brussels.

As part of MCE’ sales team, this role’s main focus is on business development on a portfolio of accounts, to follow up leads generated by Marketing to generate sales and to use marketing data to identify business opportunities and future sales.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Sell MCE portfolio, In-company trainings and open seats
    • Generate sales activity thanks to visits of Clients and contacts
    • Creation and development of numerous new relations
    • Identify further volume of business opportunities within accounts
    • Develop an outline plan for each of the accounts on an annual basis
    • Undertake Leader Account Management for each assigned account by developing a broad relationship with all key business influencers and decision makers
    • Work closely with MCE colleagues, Sales and Operations and Marketing

 

Key tools used in the role include: Microsoft Office Programmes & Salesforce

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A university degree or equivalent
  • Have a first experience in B2B sales of services to Senior Management of international companies.
  • Understanding of KAM processes. Able to identify decision making patterns contacts and influence at appropriate levels and then to utilize appropriate MCE experts for substantiation of customer requirements, with effective coordination of internal MCE support.
  • Be able to act as a member of a virtual team, with a track record of achieving results through personal planning and implementation.

 

Key Competencies Required:

  • English other languages like French, Dutch and/of Arabic is a plus
  • Business understanding with the ability to see big picture and focus on key business issues

Project Manager

Event – Project Manager

The MCE Project Manager is the central operational point of contact for MCE Clients.

He/she is managing the implementation of training projects.

The Project Manager ensures that the training project is delivered according to the plan and completed successfully, within given deadline & budget and with due consideration to Client’s requirements and MCE’s quality standards.

The Project Manager works directly with the Key Account Manager, the Associates/Faculty assigned to the Client project, and the Client contact persons.

 

Key Responsibility is to assist salespeople to implement training projects meaning:

  1. Organize the logistics for training deliveries (event management)
  2. Liaise with consultants and clients to schedule training projects
  3. Control expenses versus fixed rules
  4. Participate to client meetings with sales people and consultants to fix later internal systems and implementation
  5. Be the main contact of client for project management.

 

Key tools used in the role include: Microsoft Office Programmes & Salesforce

Skills and Experience Required:

Have a first experience in project management or event management in an international environment, working with senior management

Key Account Manager for Customized Solutions

Sales is a key part of MCE’s overall strategy. MCE is currently recruiting a Key Account Manager to join the team.

As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, understanding their unique needs, and help build customized solutions around Behavioral Change to drive positive and lasting transformations of client’s employees.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, expanding our client base, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Sales and Business Development

  • Lead new business opportunities within existing client accounts and collaborate to expand our customer base.
  • Be responsible for sales pitches, presentations, and negotiations to win new contracts and secure renewals.

  • Analyze client data to develop effective strategies and interventions that drive behavioral change and achieve desired outcomes.

 

Project Management

  • Oversee the implementation of customized solutions, working closely with MCE’s Project Management team and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address any issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of interventions, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and developments in behavioral change management and related fields.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and thought leadership to both internal teams and clients.

Instructional Designer

The role:

“Key influential team member in developing and maintaining excellence in the MCE Learning Experience .”

MCE, a leading training provider in Europe, is creating a new role for a self-motivated and creative instructional designer. This new position will cooperate with business development, operations, marketing and digital solutions to ensure MCE Instructional Design Process is constantly applied to achieve excellence in all programmes.

The candidate must have strong communication skills to ensure all stakeholders understands the benefits of MCE models and process. They must be up to date with the latest research in neuroscience and learning impact. They must also be able to foster a collaborative and productive working environment as well as demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to details and an ability to prioritise workloads while working towards multiple deadlines.

The candidate will have at least 3 years of experience – and be able to show previous training programmes he/she has developed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and determine training requirements.
  • Design and implement assessments to measure learning outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Apply instructional design models to create engaging and effective learning experiences (including 70% active-learning content).
  • Design, develop and curate curriculum, training materials, and multimedia content for various delivery methods (digital and face-to-face).
  • Promote and explain MCE instructional process to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Analyse target audience characteristics and tailor content to meet learning preferences.
  • Manage the MCE instructional design process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions within scope and budget.
