Eduard has helped many companies by successfully leading complex and multi-million Euro technology projects as well as bringing new products and business fields to life. His professional experience ranges from industry at Siemens and Osram, over consulting at Bain and as an independent advisor, to starting his own company in health services. His main industry knowledge lies in AI medtech / health services, digitalization, automotive and lighting.
He likes coaching and sharing his knowledge in project management, crisis projects, start-ups, digitalization, and general business.

Professional background

Eduard held leadership positions in the manufacturing industry and in consulting.
Recently, Eduard co-founded a digital health services company to bring occupational health into the digital age, now with focus on scaling.
Before that, Eduard worked for many years as an interim manager and independent consultant. In his last project, he was head of the PMO for infotainment in electric car projects for two German premium OEMs.
Eduard also served as COO for an innovative AI start-up in the ophthalmology space to bring AI-supported decision making to eye doctors and help them make faster and better decisions for patients.
Before going independent, Eduard served as Senior Project Director at Osram, where he was responsible for bringing technological innovations in automotive LED, OLED and laser lighting into production and deliver them to major OEMs, working directly for the C-level.
His strong consulting background was formed when he worked as a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company with a focus on industrial goods.
Eduard started his career as a project manager at Siemens in the Mobility sector, managing international projects in the highspeed and commuter rail sector.

Education and qualifications

Eduard holds a B.Sc in Physics from the Technical University Munich, a Diploma Kfm from the University of Mannheim and a diploma from ESSEC, France.

Personal

Eduard is an avid alpinist, climber and skier. He already climbed Mount Everest as well as K2 and is also available as a motivational speaker. Eduard is fluent in German, English and French.
