Professional background
Before becoming a consultant, trainer, and coach in 2014, Maïté held several positions in Marketing, mainly in Brand management roles for big pharma companies such as Astellas Pharma, Zambon, and Novo Nordisk, to name a few.
Since 2014, Maita has been working as a marketing consultant within her own company for clients such as Astra Zeneca, Abbott EPD, Eli Lilly, and Erudite Health.
Her role has been extensive, from defining marketing strategies to reorganizing marketing teams, performing marketing audits that led to acquisitions, and organizing Marketing Camp and other innovative workshops to boost marketing teams’ creativity. She has also worked for four years as Head of Marketing for Biocodex Benelux, where she was responsible for shaping the new trade marketing strategy and facilitating Iprad integration after its acquisition.
