As a sales leader, Eric managed strategic accounts and cultivated relationships with some of the world’s leading technology companies, including Mercedes, Toyota, Samsung, and Huawei. Over 15 years, he consistently exceeded sales targets, earning a top sales professional award in 2008 out of 800 peers. These experiences have honed Eric’s skills in strategic selling, structured account planning, and cross-functional team leadership.
As a product leader, Eric has successfully guided over 20 product managers, overseeing a portfolio of more than 50 AI-powered products used by hundreds of millions of users globally. He has managed the full product lifecycle, from strategy to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. Eric is well-versed in best practices, drawing insights from Harvard professor Clayton Christensen’s Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) theory and Marty Cagan’s strategies for successful product development.
