He is known as a very dynamic expert with extensive commercial expertise within the MENA and Emerging Markets; detailed exposure serving at senior level positions at global originator and regional generic industry pharmaceutical corporations.

Professional background

Beginning 2018, Abdalla moved into Consultancy Training within the MENA region. Previously, Abdalla was leading Corporate Strategy, Marketing and Sales functions at leading generic pharmaceutical companies in the MENA and emerging markets companies such as Pharma International Company and Dar Al Dawa. He served as member of Executive Team and appointed to define strategies and growth drivers. He devised corporate region targeted marketing strategy; developed growth road map to align strategic goals amongst all stakeholders.
At Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, he was the Business Unit, Launch and Market Access Head within the Levant+ region. He developed with the EMEA office launch team the Launch Power House Methodology and led a successful launch of major blockbuster products within the Bayer Middle East organization.
Additionally, Abdalla worked for Ferring Pharmaceuticals as Head of Middle East Marketing and was a member of Ferring Global Strategy team for certain Therapy Areas working with the headquarters brand strategy teams to develop product strategies and launches globally. He held also business development responsibility for Ferring Middle East and Turkey operation.
Abdalla developed strong expertise in Leadership, Strategy, Marketing, Launch Excellence and Commercial Sales Operations and moved progressively to executive C-Level positions.

Education and qualifications

Abdalla holds an MBA from the Jordan University and a B.Sc. in Pharmacy from Jordan University.
