Deborah brings to MCE her expertise as consultant, trainer and coach for management, leadership and organizational skills.
She is based in San Francisco, and has been working as a consultant since 1987. Her clients include industries related to communications, retail, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, government, aerospace, internet commerce, construction, tech, and higher education.

Professional background

Deborah founded her Consultancy in 1987 and has been training, coaching and consulting since then.
After earning a Master’s and Doctoral degrees at Columbia University, Deborah spent eight years at AT&T in management slots around the USA, most recently as General Manager, Small Business Systems, Pacific Rim. She led the organization to open Pacific markets to the deregulated side of AT&T. She held both sales and operational responsibilities.

Deborah holds a Ph.D. and a MS from Columbia University, a BS from Syracuse University. She is certified Balanced Scorecard, DISC, MBTI, Situational Leadership, Thomas Kilmann, Firo-B, Insights, NLP, Franklin Covey 7 Habits, 5 Choices.
