For any registrations on programmes taking place in 2021, that you cancel or postpone last minute (i.e. less than 7 days before the start of the programme), we will issue you with an “MCE Voucher” for the full value of your invoice that has to be paid.

You or any colleague can use the value of this voucher for any MCE programme or service in the next 18 months. MCE’s simple, clear and flexible policy for you.

Live Online Guarantee: If you are not happy with your LOL programme, you can attend a similar face-to-face programme free-of-charge.
