Martine Van Campenhout works as a leadership coach, trainer and HR Consultant. She has a longstanding experience as a leader and HR Director within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry. Early 2020 Martine made a career switch, and successfully obtained her ICF certification as professional coach. Her mission is to actively support leaders in their personal development, improving their leadership competencies and enabling them to become the better version of themselves.
Professional background
Martine held Senior HR Director positions in large international FMCG companies (P&G and Kellogg’s). In these roles, Martine developed her expertise in talent management and leadership development. Her role included talent reviews, senior recruitment, and organisation design.
In her last role at Kellogg’s, she was a member of the European Supply Chain Leadership Team and responsible for the role out of an integrated People process design across all manufacturing sites in Europe.
Her personal experience of leading the divestiture of the Pringles brand from P&G to Kellogg’s in Belgium has built her expertise in change management and how to engage and motivate an organisation in a VUCA world. Her 20+ years career in P&G enabled Martine to build deep expertise in all HR fields, both in a manufacturing environment and in commercial business teams.
She has always worked across different countries, regions and continents, and has had the opportunity to be part of the project teams for the start up of a manufacturing site in Poland, and the close out of a manufacturing site in Egypt. As an HR Consultant, Martine is now sharing her knowledge and expertise with new clients in the Chemical and Automotive sector.

Martine holds a Bachelor Degree in Languages (Thomas Moore), she is a Professional Coach (ICF) and certiifed Insights Discovery, MBTI, 5 behaviours of Cohesive Teams (Lencioni).
Personal
Martine lives and works out of Mechelen in Belgium. She has a husband and 2 adult sons, and enjoys travelling, reading, films, music and yoga. During the weekends she recharges through spending quality time with family and good friends, fully enjoying life!
