Jennifer has more than two decades of leadership experience across various industries for globally-recognized brands such as Mars Incorporated, LBrands/Victoria’s Secret, The Federal Reserve Bank, Hult Executive Education, Nawah/ Emirates Nuclear Energy Company, and Chalhoub Group, where Jennifer last held the role of Director of Leadership Development overseeing leadership programs, talent programs, executive development, and coaching services, supervising +70 internal coaches, and teaching programmes in the Leadership Academy.
She previously was faculty in the Enterprise Nuclear Leadership Academy while with Nawah/ ENEC.

Education and qualifications

Jennifer holds a MSc in Psychology from the Kansas State University and she is a certified Coach (PCC-level) and an EMCC Senior Practitioner.
