A globetrotter at heart, Henry Dumortier has over 30 years of solid international general management experience, having spent most of his career as a senior executive in major international groups (General Electric and Goodyear) in the United States, Latin America and across Europe.

Professional background

Passionate about leading multicultural teams, Henry has developed and implemented strategic plans in multiple international markets, involving major restructuring and reorganization challenges, large-scale business transformation and successful launches of innovative products. After leading a Benelux subsidiary of GE Capital, he was entrusted with the general management of Goodyear’s subsidiaries in Spain/Portugal, France and Brazil before taking over as deputy CEO of Goodyear EMEA in 2018.
Most recently, he was CEO Europe of Zep Inc., a private equity owned leading group in industrial cleaning and maintenance products and services.

Education and qualifications

Henry holds an MBA (IESE), a Master in Law (UCL). He is Six Sigma Green Belt and TMA certified.

Passionate about travel, gardening and tennis, Henry speaks French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch.
