With over 30 years of corporate experience in IT the industry, Mr. Tan has a vast working experience in various facets of IT adoption in Asia/Pacific through his roles as system developer, MIS manager, marketer, industry analyst and technology evangelist throughout his career. With his in-depth technology and business knowledge, he is in an advantageous position to offer training & development solutions to assist his clients to exploit complex technological solutions for competitive advantages.
1987 – 2000 – Regional Sales, Marketing & Business Development at various multinational IT vendors
Mr Tan was responsible for business and market development for multinational companies to promote their complex technological solutions to major clients in the Asia Pacific region.
1979 – 1987 – Various MIS Development and Management position in major governmental and commercial organisations in Singapore.
Mr Tan was responsible for developing and managing strategic IT plan, system development and implementation of MIS systems for a diverge range of companies.

Mr Tan holds a MBA degree from University of Tasmania (Australia) and B. Sc & B. Sc (Hons) from Nanyang University (Singapore). He is also a Project Management Professional (PMI, USA), a Fellow of Royal Statistical Society (UK), a Senior Member of Singapore Computer Society, a Certified Trainer & Faculty Member for American Management Association and a Certified Cambridge-SMG Trainer.

Mr Tan is Chinese, has Singaporean nationality, and is based in Singapore. He delivers his workshops in Mandarin and English.
