Hanna is a facilitator, trainer and consultant with 20 years of experience in Line Management, Consulting and HR. Her core expertise is in Organizational Change programs through Performance Management, Training and Communications. She has experience of major change initiatives working on all levels from the boardroom to staff. Hanna is multilingual and has a strong record of leading and working within virtual, multicultural and cross-discipline teams.

Professional background

Hanna started her career with nine years in the automotive industry. At Nissan Europe, Hanna set up the European customer care function and was responsible for customer satisfaction benchmarking. Moving to Brussels as the European dealer development manager for Chrysler/Jeep, her focus was to transform a fragmented dealer base into “fewer but stronger” retail outlets though network restructuring and Pan-European operating standards.
Hanna then moved into management consulting as senior manager at Deloitte Consulting where she led Pan-European change management projects. Her clients included IFF, Shell, Pfizer and OndeoNalco, and her assignments ranged from post-merger integration to leading the “change teams” on business process transformations and SAP implementations.
Hanna became the European Learning & Development director at Interpublic communication consultancies, where she set up a European staff development programme for 1,000 employees, with 900 participants in 100 workshops at 10 locations in the first year.
Hanna joined MCE staff in 2005 as a Programme & Faculty Director (Functional Competences). In this role, she focused on new programme development and faculty relations in areas such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Project Management. Missing the interaction with clients, Hanna returned to the role of consultant and joined MCE as a Senior Associate.

Education and qualifications

Hanna holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from Helsinki School of Economics.
She has also studied economics and German language at Ruhr-Universität Bochum. Hanna is a Firo-B and Insights certified practitioner and an Instructional Designer (Addie Model).

Personal

Hanna is a certified yoga teacher and co-owner of a popular yoga studio in central Brussels. She is a Finnish citizen based in Brussels. Hanna delivers her workshops in English, Dutch and Finnish.
