Professional background

Frederic brings 25 years of international management & consulting experience in product business lines, marketing, digital and business development.

In France, Germany and Benelux, he managed multicultural/multifunctional teams, led and advised B2C/B2B/Web businesses originating from Asia, Europe and the US including Samsung, Sony, Bridgestone EMEA, 1&1 Internet AG, Agfa Healthcare, TCL-Thomson, EVS Broadcast and Emerson.

He led Samsung TV Business to number one in Germany, tripling the business to half a billion Euros in three years, scaling a digital venture on agile bases at Bridgestone EMEA, consulting on digital marketing factory model for corporate ventures, advising on strategies to scale a global IT division at Agfa Healthcare, leading EU/US Ecommerce and websites teams at 1&1 Internet AG, leading product lines and marketing teams at Samsung, Sony and TCL-Thomson, and designing big data executive dashboards for Colruyt international retail.

He also advised tech SMEs and scale-ups in marketing and digital domains and acted as marketing director, in software and e-commerce industries.

With such a wealth of experience, Frederic brings a broad scope of skills in multicultural management, general & digital marketing, product management, web & apps management, international business development. Further, he was involved at the core of major transformations, especially with Samsung, Agfa Healthcare, Bridgestone EMEA and TCL-Thomson.

Education and qualifications

Frederic graduated from ESCP Europe, Paris Business School.
He also holds a BS in E-Engineering & Computer Science and became a Sony Six Sigma Black Belt . He’s completed executive education in digital transformation & platform business model design (MIT), design thinking for innovation (MIT), digital strategies (Columbia Business School) and project management (Sony).


Frederic is French, from Paris and Angers, has been living in Brussels since 2012, after spending ten years in Germany (Cologne area, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Berlin). He delivers his workshops in French, English and German.
