Currently (March 2011 – Present), as a Digital Transformation Strategist, Aurélie has been instrumental in numerous projects; notably, for Microsoft’s partners, she developed a competence-based platform, optimizing skills assessment and hiring strategies. She transformed Tartes Françoise’s digital landscape, resulting in significant sales and profitability growth. Aurélie has also mentored over 60 C-level executives in Digital Transformation Bootcamps, demonstrating her profound impact on leadership and strategic thinking.

Aurélie has advised the Belgian government and federal institutions on digital transformation and AI. Her role as a Start-up Coach for incubators highlights her commitment to nurturing new ventures and innovative ideas.
Aurélie’s tenure at Microsoft (July 2006 – October 2010) was transformative, initially serving as the Public Relations & Corporate Affairs Manager in Belgium. She pioneered digital communication strategies, significantly enhancing Microsoft’s brand perception. As Western Europe PR Manager, she managed digital communication across 13 countries, focusing on emerging technologies like Grid Computing, virtualization, and IoT. Her role evolved into the Communication & Corporate Affairs Lead, where she developed a real-time sentiment and messaging analysis platform, now implemented across several European countries.
At SWIFT (October 2010 – March 2011), Aurélie led multi-channel and multi-stakeholder communication strategies across EMEA. Her work was pivotal in introducing new standards, products, and services, bolstering SWIFT’s market presence.
Her earlier career includes impactful roles like the Communication Expert at Agence du Numérique, where she advocated for technology adoption among SMEs and public institutions. As the E-Notariat Manager at Fédération Royale du Notariat Belge, she led the digital transition in legal services. Her role at D’Ieteren as the Corporate & Financial Communication Manager marked the establishment of the company’s first digital strategy.
