Anna Boyko

Faculty PictureAnna is an accredited coach, facilitator and consultant with 20 years of international experience in Corporate Affairs, People & Organisational Development and Sustainability. Anna helps individuals, business and international organisations to find solutions to their challenges towards a more meaningful and sustainable growth. She has a strong record of leading and implementing major change initiatives across emerging and developed markets, successfully engaging with a vast range of stakeholders from the public and private sectors. Anna’s entrepreneurial mindset puts her among the first to enter and apply new methods and solutions in the fast changing environment.
Anna is also a Lead Faculty and key contributor to the MCE Women’s Leadership Centre.

Professional background

Anna had a unique experience of developing her career through complementary engagement into the roles of corporate affairs and sustainability professional, business trainer and entrepreneur working cross-culturally. Her work in and with big corporates and start-ups makes her feel comfortable in both settings.
She developed her expertise in sustainability, positive change, leadership, management through her 15 years senior-level employment with VEON (a global, NASDAQ-listed communications and technology enterprise, serving over 235 Million customers in 13 countries).
Her passion for people and organisational development resulted in her completing relevant educational and certification programmes, and eventually in establishing her own business in this space. For 15 years she has worked with Fortune 500 corporations to support the implementation of their organizational development strategies through designing and delivering group and one-on-one programmes. She believes that these are us, people who can live a more meaningful life now and improve our own future and the futures of our families and communities for our benefits and the benefits of the society.

Education and qualifications

Anna graduated with an MA (Hons) in Pedagogics and Intercultural Communication from the Moscow State Pedagogical University.
She has qualifications in MBTI, FIRO-B from OPP Ltd, Oxford and in MSCEIT from EBPSYCH, London. She is a certified Senior Practitioner Coaching and Mentoring from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Personal

Anna is an avid traveller who has visited countries in five different continents. She has published two books covering her traveling experiences. Anna has also a passion for running, painting, fishing and clothes design.
