Professional background

A Chartered PR Practitioner, Ann-Marie is widely recognised as a leader in strategic communication.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Ann-Marie has spent the majority of her career working in large global firms (Natwest, RBS, HSBC) across a number of disciplines including PR, marketing, corporate affairs, change and internal communications.
As a consultant she has worked across a wide range of sectors.
She has developed and delivered Introduction to Public Relations and Strategic PR Planning courses, and since 2023 has helped organisations maximise the power of their people through employee engagement, change and transformation, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Ann-Marie lives in London. She is a founder board member of PRCA Race Ethnicity and Equity Board and sits on the International Executive Board of the International Association of Business Communicators. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
