Christian Dekoninck brings over 25 years of expertise in Leadership, Strategy Implementation, and Sales Management. His career spans key roles in the banking industry, including Branch Manager, Distribution Head, and Managing Director, where he led major transformations and achieved outstanding results.

As Managing Director at Kredyt Bank (KBC Group) in Poland, Christian implemented a new strategy that increased the customer base by 22% and set new sales records. He also successfully integrated and restructured the Citi Handlowy network, maximizing revenue and efficiency.
