MCE Learning Companions are AI mentors and practice partners from Management Centre Europe (MCE), the Brussels-based management development provider. A Learning Companion does two things.
It teaches. Ask it anything about your subject and it answers from MCE’s own programme content — the frameworks our faculty teach in the classroom, with the source named. Nothing is generic, and nothing is invented.
It lets you use it. Once you have learned the concept, a video avatar puts you in the situation where you would apply it. You speak; it answers back, in character, and does not make it easy.
Every session is scored against the competences that matter in your role, so you can see what improved. You keep your Companion for a year.
Every lesson, answer and role-play comes from MCE’s own programme content — 100 years of management expertise, written and taught by MCE faculty. This is not a general-purpose AI with a logo on it.
Built on MCE’s own content and 100 years of management expertise.
Learn a concept, then rehearse it live with an AI avatar.

Why it matters
Understanding delegation takes an afternoon. Delegating well takes practice.
The same is true of negotiating, leading through change, giving feedback, or making a decision without enough information. The idea is easy to follow on a slide. Using it — in the moment, under pressure, with someone who disagrees — is a different skill entirely.
That second part has never had anywhere to happen. This is where it happens, before the day you need it.
01 · For Alumni
Your Companion knows that programme. Keep it working for the next twelve months.
02 · For Business Professionals
Choose one of 52 Learning Companions. No programme needed, no two days out of the business.
03 · For your Team
Seats for a cohort, built into an in-company programme, or Companions by role — with evidence.
Your Companion knows the programme you attended — the same frameworks, the same faculty material, the same role-plays. Ask it a question at eleven at night and it answers from your programme, not from the internet.
It prepares you before you arrive, keeps you going between modules, and stays with you for the rest of the year.
/ year
Around a tenth of what the programme itself cost.
No programme, and no two days to spare. Choose one of 52 Learning Companions — delegation, negotiation, leading change, and 49 others — and if you are not sure which, we will help you decide before you commit.
You buy the Companions you need — one to solve the thing in front of you, or a set to cover the year. Not a library of twenty thousand titles you will never open. What is inside each one is the material MCE teaches in the room.

Each Companion includes the guided lessons, live practice with an avatar, coaching and scoring — with one year to complete it.
Your people are trained. The feedback is good. Then the year happens — and you cannot show your leadership what changed.
A Companion scores every practice session, so a programme produces data instead of opinions.
With an open programme
Seats for the cohort you have just sent, extending an investment you have already made.
Inside an in-company programme
Built into the programme MCE designs for you — your material, your scenarios, your competence framework.
On its own, by role
Companions assigned as seats to people who are not going on a programme this year.
STEP 01
Everyone runs the same scenario first, scored against the competences that matter.
STEP 02
Repeated rehearsal with an avatar that reacts, with feedback each time.
STEP 03
The same scenario, later. The difference is the evidence.
STEP 04
A cohort view of what moved and what did not, written for a board.
/ year
Around a tenth of what the programme itself cost.

FAQ
A general model does not know what your faculty taught, and will confidently give you a different framework. A Learning Companion answers from MCE programme material and names its source. It also argues back, in character, and scores you on how you handled it.
Every lesson, answer and role-play comes from MCE’s own programme content, written and taught by MCE faculty over 100 years of management expertise. If something is not in the material, the Companion says so rather than inventing it.
Yes. That is the Business Professionals Companion: you choose one of the 52 Learning Companions rather than a programme, and you have a year to complete it.
For MCE alumni, €299 a year for the Companion of the programme you attended. For business professionals, €499 for one Companion, €999 for three, €1,499 for six and €1,999 for ten, each with a year to complete it. For teams, pricing depends on cohort size and on the number of competences measured.
The face is not the point. The point is that you have to say the words out loud, under pressure, to something that reacts to them, which is the part that reading cannot rehearse.
Course libraries are watched. A Learning Companion is practised: you do it, out loud, and are scored on it. It sits on top of the content library you already have and attaches to the programmes you already run.
Before-and-after competence scores at individual and cohort level, and a report written to be read outside the learning and development team.
Yes, and most organizations do. One cohort, measured before and after, is the least expensive way to find out whether it belongs in your development plan.
Eleven languages, on any device, twenty-four hours a day.
No. A browser is enough. There is no software to install, no IT project and no licences to manage on your side.
Your data is hosted with our provider in Belgium; AI features send content to trusted third-party services only to generate a response in real time, and it is not used to train their models.
