Programme Details

The MCE 5-Day Mini MBA focuses on the following key areas:

A Business Simulation will be used throughout the programme and will cover activities of five financial reporting years.

You will work in teams of 3 to 4 people and your objective will be to maximise profitability and ROCE over the strategic 5 year period.

  • Understand core financial principles: P&L, balance sheets, KPIs
  • Learn budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis
  • Use financial insights and data analytics to make decisions
  • Build confidence in business conversations involving numbers and ratios
