Managers or prospective managers can now qualify to earn an unprecedented certification, AMA’s CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL IN MANAGEMENT™ (AMA-CPM™). AMA has undertaken a thorough and collaborative process to develop this groundbreaking program in order to respond to the growing management demands of today’s business world. In establishing this certification, AMA helps organizations hire the most qualified managers through certification and gives individuals a set of recognized criteria to validate their qualifications and advance their careers.
AMA Certified Professional in Management ™
The AMA CPM™ in available in the EMEA region. The AMA-CPM ™ Exam Preparation Courses are scheduled online and also face-to-face when possible across the region.
In 2021, we are partnering with Lider to organize the Exam Preparation courses online for participants in Croatia. These courses are run in English.
Note: The AMA-CPM™ exam can now also be taken online with the testing organization.

Certificiranje menadžera prema američkim standardima od sada moguće i u Hrvatskoj
Danas u poslovanju menadžeri moraju imati cijeli niz kompetencija te upravljačkih i funkcionalnih vještina. Te su vještine ključna područja koja se testiraju za stjecanje titule Certified Professional in Management CPM tijekom ispita AMA CPM ™.
Američko međunarodno udruženje za upravljanje (AMA) stvorilo je pouzdan ispit na temelju čestih zahtjeva za kontinuirano praćenje i održavanje upravljačkih sposobnosti.
Oznaka AMA certificiranog stručnjaka za upravljanje ™ (AMA-CPM ™) alat je koji organizacijama omogućuje da prepoznaju one s upravljačkom kompetencijom i liderskim potencijalom. Vjerodajnica AMA-CPM utjelovljuje kritično znanje, vještine i sposobnosti usklađene s AMA-inim Standardom u upravljanju ™. Pripremne tečajeve u Hrvatskoj provodi Management Center Europe u partnerstvu s poslovnim tjednikom Lider, a prva serija tečajeva održava se od 4. svibnja na online platformi. Tome prethode dva informativna webinara u kojemu će se predstaviti program i potrebna predznanja za pristupanje ispitu. Pripremne tečajeve za menadžere s područja Hrvatske provodi Iva Biondić, prodekanica za strateški razvoj – Vern’.
Sudjelovanjem u pripremnom tečaju stječu se vještine i tehnike potrebne za polaganje ispita te razumijevanje standarda izvrsnosti povezanih s “ulogom menadžera”. Kroz ovu edukaciju stječu se osnovne vještine potrebne za učinkovite i uspješne menadžere, povećava se znanje i povezuje vlastito iskustvo s više područja kompetencija.
