The successful adoption of AI can only happen when business leaders effectively agree and execute on the organization’s strategy. 

This highly interactive, simulated business challenge equips leaders with the key AI concepts, tools and hands-on practice needed to evaluate if AI is a viable solution to solve a common scenario facing many industries. 

Having built a strong foundation in AI concepts, participants then move into teams that collaborate through a hands-on simulation in real time to explore, apply and assess the opportunities and risks AI can present in organizations. 

Participants then step into executive-level, decision-making roles: collecting and analyzing data, evaluating organizational readiness, competing stakeholder perspectives, and weighing ethical implications. From this group work, they can determine if and when AI is the right solution, what assets and capabilities are required, and how to build a compelling business case which they present for or against AI adoption to help the business be more successful.
