Desk research and seven intake interviews across six countries and five business functions, followed by co-creation with the client.

Duration

3 modules of 2 days each, delivered over several months with workplace application between modules.

Country Managers and General Managers coached participants between modules to reinforce learning and support business application.

  • launch budget exercise requiring participants to justify a 20% salesforce headcount increase;
  • value proposition development for healthcare stakeholders;
  • finance exercises covering P&L, balance sheet and cash flow;
  • ROI calculation exercises;
  • post-launch KPI design using the Kirkpatrick model.

Leading the Team

Developing leaders who can coach, motivate and align teams to consistently deliver business results.
