The HR & Strategic Change Executive Programme
How do you tackle the key strategic change challenges present in the HR community?
The Key Issues
Our world is changing, and human resource management must co-evolve. HR professionals need to become culture managers, who don’t just manage people as a resource, but pro-actively create the conditions for their success and that of the business.
Purpose, digitalisation, hybrid work, employee experience and supply chain relationships have, or will soon become part of the HR agenda.
This highly practical and interactive programme reviews how to best tackle the key strategic change challenges that (will) present themselves to the HR community.

Programme Details
Two Programme Modules
1 |The Role of HR in Strategic Change
In a world where change has become a constant, HR’s role has evolved from managing human resources to creating a company culture that is willing, skilled, and able to continuously evolve.
We kick off the programme with a discussion on:
- The key strategic challenges for HR between today and 2025.
- The myths and realities of successful corporate transformation.
- The role of HR in ‘making change happen’.
2 | Engaging People with Purpose and Profit
A sense of purpose drives employee engagement, loyalty, performance, and profit. But organisational life often prevents your people do what is right. Assuming they can translate your abstract company purpose into actions that are relevant to their job.
In this session we help you reconcile people, purpose, and profit.
- How purpose can drive motivation, profit, and company value.
- Connecting purpose to employee and leadership passion (start with who before why).
- Making an abstract purpose tangible for your people.
- Creating and implementing a roadmap for purpose-driven transformation.
- Measuring the impact of your purpose efforts on engagement, behaviour and culture
- How to position HR as the business partner for engagement through purpose.
In this session, you will self-assess your company’s current performance and prototype a first version ‘purpose canvas’ for your business. This you can take home for iteration and improvement.
