Programme Details

Talent Management Goes Agile is a hands-on training programme, highly interactive with exercises and role plays. The programme will be led by an experienced facilitator with former management experience in international companies.

We kick off the programme with a discussion on:

  • The myths and realities of successful corporate transformation.
  • The role of HR in ‘making change happen’.

A sense of purpose drives employee engagement, loyalty, performance, and profit. But organisational life often prevents your people do what is right. Assuming they can translate your abstract company purpose into actions that are relevant to their job. 
In this session we help you reconcile people, purpose, and profit.

  • How purpose can drive motivation, profit, and company value.
  • Connecting purpose to employee and leadership passion (start with who before why).
  • Making an abstract purpose tangible for your people.
  • Creating and implementing a roadmap for purpose-driven transformation.
  • Measuring the impact of your purpose efforts on engagement, behaviour and culture
  • How to position HR as the business partner for engagement through purpose.

In this session, you will self-assess your company’s current performance and prototype a first version ‘purpose canvas’ for your business. This you can take home for iteration and improvement.
