Partnership Agreement Signed between the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) and Management Centre Europe (MCE).

His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Shoaibi, IPA Director General signed, on January 12, 2015, a partnership agreement with the Management Centre Europe (MCE) to run MCE management-related training programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the Business Center at IPA. The Business Center will be offering a variety of MCE outstanding training programs customized to serve all administrative levels. Programs such as Leadership Development Program, Mini MBA Program. Cooperation between IPA and MCE will be valuable for practitioners of administrative sciences as well as public and private sectors who need to have access to and benefit from such programs at IPA. Cooperation between IPA and MCE is a part of an MOU signed on December 10, 2014 between IPA and AMA, which stipulates that the pilot program is to be run on February 21, 2016. The agreement is signed by Mr. Rudi Plettinx (the Managing Director of EMEA, MCE). The signing ceremony is attended by Mr. Mohamed Abu Gebba (Middle East Regional Director, MCE), and Dr. Musaed A. Al-Furayyan (Deputy Director General for Research and Consultations, IPA), Dr. Bander Asad Al-Sajjan (Acting Deputy for Development and Quality, IPA), Mr. Waleed Bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Bawardi (Director General of Business Center, IPA), and Mr. Saud Bin Ghazi Al-Otaibi (Director General of Partnerships and International Cooperation, IPA). A number of IPA officials have also attended the ceremony.
