Blended and Digital Solutions

Blended learning provides the best blend of on-line and face-to-face learning to maximise the learner’s experience, while making sure overall business needs are met. We design a learning journey over a longer period of time rather than just providing a one-time training intervention.

Before attending the classroom, learners can introduce themselves and socialise via on-line discussion forums or chat-sessions. The learner can get up-to-speed by taking some self-study e-learning modules, taking some refreshers through video-casts, attending some short webinars, or reading some cases.

We apply the flipped classroom principle so that learners can study at their own pace and practice in the classroom with skilled facilitators. The main focus of the classroom experience is on practical applications so that learners get an in-depth understanding of the topics.

The learning does not stop after the classroom! We extend the learning experience beyond the classroom to ensure the learning continues in the workplace. Key concepts are repeated through short nuggets of learning in the form of smart-sheets or video-casts accessible on mobile devices. Group or one-on-one coaching can be included to ensure maximum learning transfer.
