Professional background
From 2012 to the present time, Julia has worked as a business-trainer and coach. She has designed and delivered customized trainings for businesses on a wide range of topics with emphasis on leadership and management development programs, throughout Russia and CIS. She has conducted workshops and coached managers from different nationalities and roles, ranging from general managers to front-line managers.
From 2007-2012 Julia worked as a business trainer in VTB 24 Bank. She developed and delivered interactive, high-energy workshops for experts at all levels. She designed training materials and delivered trainings for implementation of a new sales model which helped sales managers to increase their sales by 40% in 2011.
From 2002-2007 Julia was vice-dean of the distance learning branch at the International University of Business and New Technologies, Yaroslavl, Russia. She successfully developed and implemented new educational methods (e-learning system) in university branches. She participated in a working group on preparation of documents for the state certification and accreditation and preparation of documents for certification on quality system ISO 9001:2000.
Education and qualifications
Julia holds a MA (with Honours) in History from Yaroslavl State University, in Management from International University of Business and New Technologies and in International Relations from Stanford University Institute for International Studies. She is fully committed to “life-long learning”. She has coaching and training certificates from various organizations, mainly from the Baltic Coaching Institute and the European Center of Business Coaching.
Personal
Julia is Russian, fluent in English; she has travelled extensively, and now lives in St Petersburg. She conducts her workshops in Russian.
