Tamara Sanne-Hatch

Faculty PictureOriginally from New York, Tamara brings to MCE more than thirty years of international corporate experience in Coaching, Training, Banking, and Financial Services. Her career is characterized by stepping outside of her comfort zone to embrace new challenges and expertise – first-hand experiences she brings to her coaching and facilitation practices. Empowering individuals and teams to realize their potential, by broadening awareness and building on strengths, is what drives her commitment to the clients she engages with.

Professional background

Previous to her current Consultancy career as Trainer and Coach, Tamara held various positions in the banking industry.
She worked for several years in specialized project financing for commodities transactions for ING and MeesPierson N.V. as Vice President Assistant to the Director and Senior Account Manager. She was responsible for negotiating and structuring high risk financing transactions, limited recourse transactions in emerging market regions (CIS, Africa, Eastern Europe) for multinational commodity, merchant trading companies, off-balance sheet financing of Precious Metals, Copper, Oil and Gas, and Sugar, she was in charge of due diligence in remote locations, risk analysis and mitigation (performance, commercial, credit), legal documentation & negotiation, credit proposals.
She also worked for the first Ukrainian International Bank, (Kiev, Ukraine), on a 3-year secondment as Commercial Advisor for the financing of Kiev Airport renovation.
Tamara started her career in the Bankers Trust group in New York as Assistant Vice President.

Education and qualifications

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies (China) from Wheaton College (Massachusetts, USA), and has obtained several post-graduate qualifications related to finance, psychometric instruments, facilitation: FIRO-B, Insights Discovery, Deeper Discovery (360), MBTI (I, II) Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Strengthscope.
She is an executive coach (ICF and New-U Coaching, UK) and qualified Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).


Tamara and her family have lived in Brussels since 2004. Her working language is English.
