He is intimately familiar with the complexity of delivering practical and impactful programs across different cultures and businesses, creating sustained growth and performance improvement in impactful ways. His work includes 3 major turnarounds of corporate culture enabling change of business models, innovative new leadership and high potential development practices to support those transformations sustainably, and designing and embedding business-focused talent processes to further business growth. He is known for co-creating practical solutions with clients to ensure that the interventions fit optimally with their organisation’s unique ways of working.

Professional background

Ronny held multiple senior global Organisation, Leadership and Talent Development roles in 6 different industries with companies like Seagram, Philips Electronics, Vivendi Universal, Novartis Consumer Health, Avaya and Willis Towers Watson. He currently works as a free-lance talent strategist in the new gig economy.
He acted as the lead internal consultant in Seagram’s global reengineering, transforming Seagram’s culture; resetting the company for double digit growth.
He led the design, development and implementation of a new learning framework for talent pipelines across 7 product divisions and all leadership development initiatives for the Philips leadership group.
He coached the CEO of Novartis Consumer Health in shaping a major business and cultural transformation to turn 5 global BU’s into a consumer-focused and customer-centric FMCG-type company.
He designed and implemented a fit for purpose change leadership architecture and high potential program to support a global organisational improvement program in Willis Towers Watson.
He started his career in marketing and sales with 2 Belgian companies and in earlier time was programme director for the HR Division at MCE.

Ronny holds a Master of Business Administration, an MA Germanic Philology and a Certificate in Foundations of Neuroleadership, NLI.
He is also a certified practitioner in several psychometric tools like KF/Lominger suite, viaEdge learning agility, Margerison-McCann TMI, Firo-b Human Elements, viaEdge, Emotional Intelligence, Hay McBer Climate & Styles, CPI, Belbin, Thomas Kilmann, 360°, CIBS cross-cultural awareness, Schein Career Anchors.

Personal

Ronny is Belgian and lived in 6 countries. He enjoys travel, reading English and German literature, studying history and different
cultures and good food. He has contributed to a number of publications and is a sought-after conference speaker.
