A former International HR Director with a proven track record in HR and business leadership positions in global organisations, Philippe brings 30 years of HR experience in different industries from Telecom, Service, Automotive to High Technology and Distribution & Retail. He has worked at different level: Headquarter, Business Unit, Shared Services Centre and in national and international context for NGOs, SMEs or International Companies. Philippe is now an independent coach and facilitator.
Prior to founding his consultancy business, Philippe held senior management HR positions in large international companies across several regions.
He developed his expertise in various top management roles lately as HRD Emerging markets and Nordics and as Retail Director and Customer Experience Director. Philippe also served as program leader for implementing major organizational transformation in large and middle size organizations and design and roll out corporate programs across all markets.
Amongst the companies he works for: Inchcape PLC, global distribution and retail leader in the premium and luxury automotive sectors; Toyota; IMEC, the world-leading R&D and innovation hub in nanoelectronics and digital technologies; Belgacom Group, telecommunication (now Proximus).
At Deloitte Consultancy Philippe oversaw the consulting services in the fields of HR strategy, Talent Management and HR transformation.
Education and qualifications
Philippe holds a Master in psychology, specialization in adult education. He is certified in MPG (Managing Professional Growth).
Philippe enjoys travelling, practicing outdoor activities and cooking for his family and friends. He delivers his programmes in English and French.
