Krzysztof brings to MCE more than 20 year’s extensive leadership and management experience in the service and financial sectors. He has broad functional experience in senior managerial positions in sales and training departments, leading large sales networks with hundreds of employees. He has developed strong expertise in leadership, change management, people motivation especially in global companies.
Professional background
Krzysztof joined Pepsico in 1994, leading Pizza Hut restaurant as a General Manager, in 1995 being promoted to Field Trainer responsible for the induction of new managers. In 1996, he was promoted to the position of Area Coach, responsible for Northern Poland region and for over 350 employees. During his experience in Pepsico, (merger with Tricon after that Amrest) he successfully developed dozens of new managers, directors and trainers.
He then moved to a large- commerce business with full P&L responsibilities and budgets over €4,5 million in 2000, as Store Manager in Real’s hypermarkets in Central and Southern Poland with over 450 employees.
In 2001 Krzysztof started his business experience in financial sector first as a Regional Director, managing of 32 Citi Handlowy branches in Northern Poland, at the same time leading banks Direct Sales Agents with over 250 employees and yearly budget of €1,2m. In 2007 promoted to Sales Department Head managing retail banking sales network in Northern Poland consisted with wide range of branches, from small consumer finance branches up to CitiGold branches. During his work in Citi Handlowy he, for seven consecutive years, reached his budgets and obtained the best results in Poland in customer satisfaction controlled in branches.
In 2010 he moved to Warsaw to become Wealth Management Sales Head in Kredyt Bank (KBC Group), responsible for sales revenues in Poland in investment and insurance products within a network of over 400 branches. In this position Krzysztof
was also responsible for new products implementations together with bank group partners (KBC Investment Funds Company, Warta).
From 2011 he continued his career in Kredyt Bank as a Macro-regional Director, and was awarded in two consecutive years for best improvement of financial results in Poland.
From 2014 onwards, Krzysztof is working on a project, responsible for the retail region in Alior bank in Northern Poland. At the same time he conducts training and coaching programmes for managers from a wide range of sectors, especially: financial, customer goods and healthcare.
Education and qualifications
Krzysztof holds a master in education at AWFiS (Academy of Physical Education and Sports) in Gdańsk. He has post graduate certificate in Psychology of Leadership at UG (University of Gdańsk) and Ph.D. in social sciences at Academy of Humanities in Pułtusk.
Personal
Krzysztof is Polish and lives near Gdansk in Poland. He conducts his workshops in English and Polish.
