He has a proven track record in designing, developing and delivering training programs for the various companies he worked for. Cem is a certified coach.

Professional background

Cem established his own training and consultancy company in 2011, working with the most renowned firms in Turkey: Aviva, Aksigorta, Finansbank, Vakif Emeklilik, ING Emeklilik, BNP Paribas Cardiff, Liberty, Bank Asya, and Yapi Kredi Insurance Company to name a few.

From 2009 to 2011, Cem worked as consultant and trainer in a prominent Turkish training company, Masters Training International. He prepared and delivered training programs for many diverse sectors such as automotive, cosmetics, electronic and banking.

From 2008-2011 Cem was senior consultant and training manager for AVIVASA Life and Pension Company. He was responsible for designing and delivering training and development programs for the whole staff. Cem directed many projects related to sales and training, managed the training budget, defined needs, contracted appropriate training companies and directed the integration of two training departments. He was head of the training committee of the Turkish Insurance and Reassurance Union for two years.
Cem joined AVIVA Life and Pension Insurance Company in 2002, where he acted as Sales Training Manager till 2008. He was in charge of developing and delivering training programs for sales managers and sales people. He designed programs for new distribution channels. He developed the first e-learning program in the insurance sector and got the best licence exam results of the sector via e-learning training.

From 1997 to 2002 Cem was sales training manager for Commercial Union Life Insurance where he established the training department for the company. He was responsible for defining training needs and designing training programs for the sales staff.
Cem worked for Commercial Union Life Insurance from 1996-1997. He was financial advisor in the sales department where he sold life and pension products.

Cem started his career in Toprakbank as a training expert. He was responsible for defining training needs, organising and implementing training programs and process.

Education and qualifications

Cem holds a Master Degree in Economics from Istanbul University, 1994 and a graduate diploma in Public Relations, Marmara University, 1990. He is also a certified coach, Motiva International, Turkey.


Cem is Turkish and lives in Istanbul. He delivers his training in Turkish. He loves the sea and has a sailing license.
