Andrea Vismara brings to MCE over 15 years of extensive training and coaching practice. As a qualified PMP, MSP, Prince 2 Practitioner and Trainer, he has deep expertise in Project Management and a proven track record as a consultant to many international and public sector organisations. He has worked across Europe, the Middle East, and China.
He has founded and managed trading and manufacturing start-ups. In addition to his expertise in Project/Program Management, Andrea also helps clients with Risk Management, R&D Management, Innovation Strategy, Business Process Redesign, Lean Manufacturing and Management, Change Management, and International Business Development.

Currently Andrea shares his time between his training/consultancy work, teaching at university, and his entrepreneurial activities. His industry know-how spans from ICT, Automotive, Oil and Gas, Pharma, Railways, Banking, Insurance and Finance to Operations, Logistics and Luxury.

Education and qualifications
Andrea Vismara holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering (1992) from the Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy and a Master in Business Administration (2001) from Profingest Business School, Bologna, Italy.
He is also Certified in Project Management: PMP, Project Management Professional (PMI, 2005), Prince2 Practitioner and Trainer (APMG, 2002 and 2008), MSP, Managing Successful Programmes (APMG, 2011), ITIL Foundation (APMG, 2006).
