  • Examine how Learning Strategies are adapting to changing markets and changing learning needs.

The Experts

Anja Emonds, a talented learning consultant at CrossKnowledge, currently working on her PhD focused on the topic of learning climates within big organizations. She already has a degree in Educational Sciences and strongly beliefs that learning culture influences the competitive advantage of learning in organizations. Her interests range from learner engagement, employee motivation to blended learning.
Nigel Murphy, Director of Portfolio at MCE. Nigel has been involved in leadership development for more than 15 years, and is active in training, virtual training and coaching internationally. He has managed global learning platforms, design teams and trainers, and is especially interested in remote mentoring.
