Senior Project Coordinator

Management Centre Europe, as part of AMA Global, is a leading Learning and Development provider in Europe, Middle East and Africa. MCE’s training services are practical, hands-on and business focussed. Our training are delivered by the MCE Faculty who are former senior-level experienced professionals in different industries.

Senior Project Coordinator

The MCE Senior Project Coordinator is the central operational point of contact for the MCE In-company Clients. He/she is dedicated to a specific Client Groups and responsible for supporting the sales efforts, in securing existing business and growing the business, by providing ongoing customer service and managing the implementation of Client in-company projects, as well as the account management plan.

The Senior Project Coordinator ensures that the project or service is delivered according to plan and completed successfully, within given deadline & budget and with due consideration to Client’s requirements and MCE’s quality standards.  The Senior Project Coordinator works directly with the Key Account Manager for the MCE Client group, the Associates/Faculty assigned to the Client project, and the Client contact persons.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support sales activities – implementation of the Account Plan and Proposal support as to secure existing business and grow new business at corporate level and regional level. The SPC liaises with the KAM and internal colleagues in order to co-ordinate the actions and deadlines according to the plan.
  • Customer relationship support & stakeholder day to day management. The SPC is the central point of contact making the link between all parties involved: Associates, KAM, Client and any other MCE’s staff and/or suppliers. Within this context, the SPC develops and maintains excellent relationships with all key stakeholders, having strong communication & interpersonal skills across all levels and backgrounds
  • Project planning. The SPC is responsible for managing various and simultaneously projects. He/she sets objectives through project planning in order to manage the smooth, efficient and successful running of the project.
  • Contract management, budgeting and invoicing. The SPC reviews all information related to the project he/she has been assigned, in order to effectively plan and take the project under control from a financial perspective.
  • Business process improvements – quality management. Monitor customer satisfaction for Client Group, analyse feedback and propose improvement actions.
  • Information systems – Salesforce – input all key project related information which is used to generate the production planning, the forecasting, and the invoicing and maintain a quality management system. Delivery Management System – input all key logistical related information for each incompany assignments in a centralized system and maintain a quality system. PO system for Associates – ensure a PO is used where required for all incompany assignments, proposal stage and during implementation stage, so that any invoice issued by the Associate may be traced back to a PO.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Clear and demonstrable track record in the management and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have a first experience in international companies, working with senior management
  • Be able to act as a member of a virtual team, with a track record of achieving results through personal planning and implementation.

Junior Key Account Manager

Junior Key Account Manager

Sales is a key part of MCE’s overall strategy. MCE is currently recruiting a Junior Key Account Manager to join the team in Brussels.

As part of MCE’s sales team, this role’s main focus is on business development with a portfolio of accounts, to generate sales by following up on leads generated by Marketing and to use marketing data to identify business opportunities and generate future sales.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Sell the MCE portfolio of Customized, InCompany and Open Training Programmes
    • Generate sales activity based on client visits, leads and marketing data
    • Identify further business opportunities within existing accounts
    • Identify & agree and prioritize the list of accounts for business development
    • Develop an outline plan for each of the accounts on an annual basis
    • Undertake Leader Account Management for each assigned account by developing a broad relationship with all key business influencers and decision makers
    • Work closely with MCE colleagues: Sales, Operations and Marketing

Key tools used in the role include: Microsoft Office Programmes & Salesforce

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A university degree or equivalent
  • Have a first experience of B2B sales of services to Senior Management in international companies.
  • Understanding of KAM processes. Be able to identify decision making patterns in organizations and be able to influence and create relationships at appropriate levels. Then work closely with MCE experts to meet our client’s needs, with effective coordination by the MCE internal support team.
  • Be able to act as a member of a virtual team, with a track record of achieving results through personal planning and implementation.

Key Competencies Required:

  • English other languages like French, Dutch and/or Arabic are a plus
  • Business understanding with the ability to see the big picture and focus on key business issues
  • Independent, self-motivated, innovative, results driven
